Returns Policy 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you are seeking a refund for your order, please contact us to discuss the issues you have with your order. 

* Any problems with your order need to be reported as soon as you unpack your shipment.

When you contact us to report an issue, be prepared to provide:

  • A description of issue or damage
  • Photos of damaged item and item label
  • Photos showing the condition of top and bottom of box it arrived in
  • Photos showing the condition of the internal liners and packaging

Please also let us know if you are able to consume the item in question or if the damage will require the product to be discarded.

The following reasons for a refund are covered under our policy.

  • Damaged items (unrelated to carrier)
  • Missing items

Resolutions to reported issues may include:

  • Replacement of the product in question
  • A credit towards your next order


Shipping Policy 

We currently ship to physical street addresses in the United States via UPS. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Our meat products are individually and carefully vacuum-packed and flash frozen at the peak of their aged tenderness, then packed in a reusable insulated tote with ice packs and dry ice to maintain the integrity of the Akaushi packaged contents. It is normal for the dry ice to have dissipated, but in some cases a portion of the dry ice may still be solid and has not fully evaporated. (For your safety, please follow the instructions for handling dry ice that are included in every Click Akaushi Beef package.)

Your products may arrive completely frozen or thawed, but still cold. If you are wanting to cook your products on a particular date, we suggest having your package arrive a few days in advance to allow the products to properly thaw naturally in the refrigerator.

We currently ship orders on Monday-Friday (unless it is a scheduled UPS holiday). Orders must be made by 12 pm CST on the shipping day in order to be processed and shipped that day. Orders received after that time will be rolled to our next scheduled shipping day.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package. Please contact us with any shipping or delivery related questions.

Estimated delivery dates are subject to change and do not include weekends or holidays. Unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, can cause shipments to be delayed. Click Akaushi Beef™, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays or problems caused by the shipping company, failed delivery attempts, adverse or unpredictable weather conditions and/or acts of God. 

* Shipping may be interrupted or delayed due to Federal holidays. If this occurs, your order will be shipped on the next available business day.

Privacy Policy

We collect information about you through our online shopping cart website in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. We do not share your personal or financial information with 3rd party companies.
